RSS Module Calibration


RSS MODULE CALIBRATION

IMPORTANT: New Road Sensing Suspension (RSS) control modules must be calibrated after installation. A code SO50 or SO51 may be stored in the memory of new RSS control modules and will not clear until the module is calibrated.

1. Make sure the scan tool has latest version chassis application program.
2. Connect the scan tool to Data Line Connector (DLC).
3. Ignition "ON," engine off.
4. Proceed per instructions on the scan tool readout.
5. After calibrating RSS control module, "Trim Height Adjustment" and "Steering Sensor Trim Position Adjustment" procedures must be performed.
