Fuel Door: Description and Operation

Circuit Operation

The Fuel Door Release system consists of: the Fuel Door Release Solenoid, Fuel Door Release Switch and associated harness wiring.

When the Fuel Door Release Switch is pressed, Circuit Breaker #3 provides battery power to the Fuel Door Release solenoid. When the solenoid energizes, the door springs open slightly.
