Component Tests and General Diagnostics
TRY THE FOLLOWING CHECKS BEFORE DOING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS3. Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.
2. Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of insulation which could cause system malfunction but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check with a system disconnected. (Refer to Diagnostic Aids for General Troubleshooting Procedures). Diagnostic Aids
3. Check Trunk Compartment Fuse Block FUSE "B7", Trunk Compartment Fuse Block FUSE "B9" Engine Compartment Fuse Block FUSE "D5", and LH Maxi(R) Fuse Block FUSE "5".
