Camber

Camber is the amount that the wheels tilt from vertical when viewed from the front or rear of the car. When the wheels tilt outward at the top, camber is "positive" (+). When the wheels tilt inward at the top, camber is "negative" (-). The amount of tilt is measured in degrees from vertical.

Excessive positive camber may cause outside shoulder wear on tires; excessive negative camber may cause inside shoulder wear. Excessive camber will also cause the vehicle to pull or lead to the side having the most positive camber.
