Wiper Blade Element Replacement

Wiper Arm Blade And Element:

Important
^ Wiper blade element must be replaced if removed from blade assembly.


Remove or Disconnect
1. Wiper blade assembly (19).
2. Compress notched end of blade element (21) vertebra with pliers, then pull outward to disengage vertebra from outer claw set of blade superstructure (20).
3. Blade element from superstructure.

Install or Connect
1. New blade element (21) into outer claw set farthest from blade retaining latch until outer claw set engages notched end of blade element vertebra.

Important
^ Be sure blade element is secure in all claw sets of blade superstructure (20).
