Circuit Operation

At all times, battery voltage is applied to terminals A4 and A6 of the horn relay. Pressing the horn switch grounds the horn relay coil. The relay coil can also be grounded on CKT 28 (BLK) by the Body Control Module (PZM). (Refer to body control module circuit operation.) The horn relay energizes and applies battery voltage to the horns. The horns sound until the horn switch is released.
