System Operation

The Remote Function Actuator (RFA) system will execute the following functions in response to pressing the buttons on the transmitter:
^ Pressing the unlock button will execute the following responses:
- Unlock the driver's door.
- Turn ON illuminated entry.
- Disarm the theft system, if equipped.
^ Pressing the unlock button a second time within 4 seconds will unlock all of the doors.
^ Pressing the lock button will lock all of the doors.
^ Pressing the rear compartment button will unlock the rear compartment. This feature is disabled if the transmission is not in PARK or the ignition is ON.
^ Pressing the fuel door button will open the fuel door.
