Muffler Replacement (Left)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Support the intermediate pipe.
3. Remove the left-side U-bolt clamp.
4. Remove the muffler hanger and the muffler/tailpipe assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the muffler and the hanger.





2. Connect the muffler to the intermediate pipe.
3. Install the left-side muffler U-bolt clamp. Tighten the clamp nuts to 55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.).
