LOW REFRIG - A/C OFF

The IPC displays the LOW REFRIG - A/C OFF message whenever the IPC receives a class 2 serial data line request from the heater and A/C programmer. The message indicates that the heater and A/C programmer is probably setting DTC B1347 or B1345.
