INSTALLATION
1. Raise the control arm up over the shock tower in order to install the control arm in the vehicle.

NOTICE: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

2. Install the inner and outer control arm bolts. Place the screw jack under the outboard end of the lower control arm in order to bring the suspension into design position. The inner control arm nuts must be tightened in design position in order to reduce the wind up in the bushings.
^ Tighten the upper control arm inner and outer nuts to 57 Nm (42 ft. lbs.).

3. Connect the Road Sensing Suspension position sensor bracket and sensor.
4. Connect the electronic level control height sensor link.
5. Install the tire and wheel assembly.
6. Lower the vehicle.
