Tail Lamp: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the rear compartment trim.
2. Remove the nuts (1) that secure the tail lamp (2).
3. Disconnect the bulb sockets (4).
4. Remove the push-in fasteners.
5. Remove the tail lamp (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the tail lamp.
2. Connect the bulb sockets (4).
3. Position the lamp (2) to the quarter panel.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Install the nuts (1) that secure the tail lamp (2).

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

5. Install the push-in fasteners.
6. Install the rear compartment trim.
