PROCEDURE
If the ride is too soft, inspect for the following conditions:
- Worn strut dampers
- incorrect or weak springs
Inspect for diagnostic trouble codes in the computer command ride system. If the ride is too harsh, inspect for the following conditions:
- Incorrect strut dampers
- Incorrect springs
- Excessive friction in control arm bushings
