Power Seat Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: The power recliner switch is part of the seat adjuster switch. The power recliner switch is not serviced separately.




1. Pull the switch knobs from the power seat switch. Remove the fasteners from the seat side trim panel.
2. Remove the seat side trim panel.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.




4. Remove the fastener from the power seat switch (1) to the trim panel assembly.




5. Release the two retainers for the articulating switch (1).
6. Remove the articulating switch.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Install the switches (2) to the seat side trim panel.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.




3. Position the seat side trim panel (2).




4. Install the retaining fasteners.
5. Install the seat switch knobs.
