Call Center Unable to Configure System - OnStar

Diagnostic Chart:

TEST DESCRIPTION
The following procedure diagnoses the "Unable to Configure the OnStar (R) System" message from the OnStar (R) Call Center.
2. This step tests the configuration of the OnStar (R) system.
3. This step tests for an open in the IGN SEN circuit.
4. This step tests for a short to ground or an open in the ignition positive circuit.
