Door Replacement - Front

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the following subassemblies:
^ The door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door.
^ The door module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement.
^ The water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door.
^ The garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Front Door Frame.
^ The window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip - Front Door Window Belt Inner.
^ The window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door.
^ The window regulator. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Front Door.
^ The window channel. Refer to Window Channel Replacement - Front Door Front/Rear.
^ The latch. Refer to Latch Replacement - Front Door.
^ The outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Outside.
^ The window run channel. Refer to Window Run Channel Replacement - Front Door.
^ The reveal molding. Refer to Reveal Molding Replacement - Front Door Window.
^ The outside rear view mirror. Refer to Mirror Replacement - Power.
^ The weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door.
^ The front auxiliary sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Auxiliary.
^ The bottom auxiliary sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replace-Front Door Bottom Auxiliary
^ The check link. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement - Front
^ The door. Refer to Door Removal - Front.
^ The door hinges. Refer to Hinge Replacement - Front Door.
2. Remove the wiring harness clips (2) from the inner door panel.
3. Remove the rubber conduit and the wiring harness (1) from the door.
4. Remove all the plastic nuts and retainers from the door shell.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install all the retainers into the door shell that were removed during disassembly.
2. Install the door wiring harness clips (2) to the inner door panel.
3. Route the wiring harness and the conduit into the door.
4. Install the following subassemblies:
^ The door hinges. Refer to Hinge Replacement - Front Door.
^ The door. Refer to Door Removal - Front.
^ The check link. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement - Front.
^ The bottom auxiliary sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replace-Front Door Bottom Auxiliary
^ The front auxiliary sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Auxiliary.
^ The weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door.
^ The outside rear view mirror. Refer to Mirror Replacement - Power.
^ The reveal molding. Refer to Reveal Molding Replacement - Front Door Window.
^ The window run channel. Refer to Window Run Channel Replacement - Front Door.
^ The outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Outside.
^ The latch. Refer to Latch Replacement - Front Door.
^ The window channel. Refer to Window Channel Replacement - Front Door Front/Rear.
^ The window regulator. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Front Door.
^ The window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door.
^ The window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip - Front Door Window Belt Inner.
^ The garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Front Door Frame.
^ The water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement Front Door.
^ The door module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement.
^ The door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door.
5. Check the door for proper adjustment. Refer to Door Adjustment
