Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure
Caution: Refer to SIR Caution.

1. Remove the IP (Instrument Panel) upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the IP cluster trim panel. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement (Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement) .
3. Remove the IP storage compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement (Instrument Panel Storage Compartment - Replacement) .
4. Remove the screws securing the right IP accessory trim panel (1) to the IP.




5. Partially remove the trim panel (1) in order to disconnect the hazard switch electrical connector.
6. Remove the right accessory trim panel (1).



Installation Procedure

1. Connect the electrical connector to the hazard switch.




2. Install the right accessory trim panel (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the trim panel screws.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the IP cluster trim panel. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement (Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement) .
5. Install the IP storage compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement (Instrument Panel Storage Compartment - Replacement) .
6. Install the IP upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement (Service and Repair) .
