Anti-Lockout Feature

The power door locks and remote keyless entry transmitter will not work if the key is in the ignition and any door is open. The feature can be overridden by holding the drivers power door lock switch for more than three Seconds. After the three Seconds, the DDSA sends a Serial Data Class 2 message to the RIM indicating the override is active. The RIM, via the Serial Data Class 2, will command the door modules to lock the doors.
