Odometer

Each Instrument Cluster (IPC) is equipped with a season and trip odometer. The IPC uses the vehicle speed signal from the PCM that is also used in order to show vehicle speed on the speedometer. The vehicle mileage is determined by counting the speed pulses from the Vehicle Speed Signal (VSS) and calculating the mileage for odometer displays. The odometers can be displayed in miles or kilometers. The units displayed is switched between english and metric by pressing the ENG/MET button.
