Seat Belt Tower (W/A45)
When the left seat switch is operated to move the belt tower up, battery positive voltage (B+) is applied via the belt tower up switch contacts, to the belt tower up input of the MSM. In response to this input, the MSM supplies battery positive voltage (B+) and ground to the belt tower motor. The motor runs to drive the belt tower up until the switch is released. When the left seat switch is operated to move the belt tower down, battery positive voltage (B+) is applied via the belt tower down switch contacts, to the belt tower down input of the MSM. In response to this input, the MSM supplies battery positive voltage (B+) and ground to the left belt tower motor. The motor runs to drive the belt tower down until the switch is released. The MSM will also control the left seat belt tower motor during memory recall functions. For operation of the entire seat with memory Refer to Memory Seat Description in Seats.
