Heater Pipe Replacement - Inlet

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

TOOLS REQUIRED
J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers




1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Cooling System
2. Remove the AIR check valve.
3. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater inlet pipe (1) using the J 38185.
4. Remove the heater inlet pipe.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the heater hoses to the heater inlet pipe (1) using the J 38185.
2. Install the AIR check valve.
3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Cooling System
