Suspension Control Module: Adjustments

Important:
- New Electronic Suspension Control Modules must be calibrated after installation. DTC C0563 is stored in the memory of new Electronic Suspension Control Modules and will not clear until the module is calibrated.
- The scan tool must have the latest version chassis application program.

1. Connect the scan tool to the Data Line Connector (DLC).
2. Turn the ignition ON with the engine off.
3. Proceed per the instructions on the scan tool readout.
4. Perform the Trim Height Adjustment. Refer to Trim Height Adjustment.

Trim Height Adjustment
1. Check for rear position sensor DTCs C0625 and C0630.

Important: If DTCs are present, correct the condition before continuing.

2. The vehicle must be on a level surface with doors closed, and with no passengers or extra weight in car.
3. Connect the scan tool to the Data Line Connector (DLC).
4. Turn the Ignition ON with the engine off.
5. Check the rear CVRSS position sensor values using the scan tool to be sure they are within range. If not, check for bent CVRSS position sensor brackets or disconnected sensors.

Important: Do not sit in the vehicle during the trim set procedure.

6. Proceed per the instructions on the scan tool readout.
7. Remove the scan tool.
