69. Water Pump Installation

Water Pump Installation





1. Install the water pump.
2. Coat the water pump seal ring with silicone grease, GM P/N 12345579 or equivalent.
3. Install the water pump seal.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the water pump bolts.
Tighten the water pump bolts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
