Timing Belt Cover Installation





1. Install the front timing belt cover.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the front timing belt cover bolts.
Tighten the timing belt cover bolts to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).
3. Install the power steering pump pulley.
4. Install the power steering pump pulley bolts.
Tighten the power steering pump pulley bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the water pump pulley.
6. Install the water pump pulley bolts.
Tighten the water pump pulley bolts to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).
