Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Lens Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument cluster.
2. Remove the voltage-oil pressure gauge module screws from the module.
3. Remove the voltage-oil pressure gauge module from the cluster lens by pulling back the locking tabs and removing.




4. Remove the speedometer-tachometer gauge module screws from the module.




5. Remove the speedometer-tachometer gauge module from the cluster lens by pulling back the locking tabs and removing.




6. Replace the lens.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Snap the locking tabs into position on the module.




1. Install the speedometer/tachometer gauge module to the cluster lens.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




2. Install the speedometer-tachometer gauge module screws to the module.

Tighten
Tighten the module screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

IMPORTANT: Snap the locking tabs into position on the module.




3. Install the voltage-oil pressure gauge module to the cluster lens.
4. Install the voltage-oil pressure gauge module screws to the module.

Tighten
Tighten the module screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

5. Install the instrument cluster.
