Dome Lamp

The dome lamp is part of the dome and reading lamps assembly and is mounted to the headliner near the windshield. The dome lamp is turned ON by the interior lamp switch or during illuminated entry.

During illuminated entry or when the interior lamps switch is ON the BCM wakes up and then energizes the delayed interior lamps relay and the interior lamps relay, supplying voltage and ground to the dome lamp and all courtesy lamps.
