Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

HEADLAMP SWITCH REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the headlamp switch from the instrument panel by prying on the left side of the switch.

IMPORTANT: To ensure the instrument panel trim is not damaged, place a cloth behind the prying tool when removing the switch.

2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
3. Remove the switch from the instrument panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connector.
2. Install the headlamp switch by pressing on the sides of the switch until it is fully seated in the dash.
3. Verify the switch operation.
