Steps 1-11:

4. Tests if ground is constantly being applied to the horn relay.

The horn relay control circuit includes the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil, the horn switch, and the steering wheel radio control switch The inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil, the horn switch, and the steering wheel radio control switch must be tested for a short to ground when testing the relay control circuit.
