Trunk / Liftgate Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




With a small flat-bladed tool pry on the side of the trunk release switch and remove from the instrument panel (I/P) accessory trim plate.
This will disengage the trunk release switch from the electrical connector

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




Install the trunk release switch into the I/P accessory trim panel by firmly seating into place.
This will engage the trunk release switch to he electrical connector.
