Auxiliary Mode Switch

The auxiliary mode switch allows back seat passengers to choose the location of the air flow. The auxiliary HVAC control module will operate as long as the HVAC control module is ON. Passengers can operate the system in both manual or automatic modes. The passengers can toggle between the following modes:
^ VENT
^ FLOOR
^ BI-LEVEL
^ AUTO

Ignition voltage is provided to the auxiliary mode actuator on the auxiliary mode actuator control. Back seat passenger mode selections are signaled to the actuator on the auxiliary mode door control circuit. Ground for the actuator is through the low reference circuit.
