The IPC illuminates the SPEED LIMITED TO XXX - 113 indicator in the DIC when the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects a malfunction in the road sensing suspension system that requires the vehicle speed to be limited. The IPC receives a class 2 message from the PCM requesting illumination.
