Door Replacement - Console Compartment

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the console compartment door.
2. Remove the 4 fasteners (1) retaining the console door to the door plate.
3. Remove the console compartment door. Slide the door rearward in order to remove.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: The console door latch spring (1) must be in the downward position.




1. Install the console door to the door plate.
Install the door to the rear of the door plate and slide forward.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




2. Install the 4 door fasteners (1) to he door plate.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

3. Close the console compartment door.
