3. Generator Removal

Generator Removal (Eldorado)

Important: Remove the A/C compressor prior to removing the generator, refer to A/C Compressor Removal.





1. Remove the generator rear mounting bracket bolts from the engine block.
2. Remove the generator bolts located at the front of the generator.
3. Remove the generator.





4. Remove the generator rear mounting bracket bolts.
5. Remove the generator rear mounting bracket.





6. Remove the torque strut mounting bracket bolts.
7. Remove the torque strut mounting bracket.
