Air Duct: Service and Repair

AIR DISTRIBUTOR DUCT REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the IP carrier support.
2. Remove the defroster bolts (1).




3. Disconnect the vacuum harness at the retainers.
4. Disconnect the vacuum lines from the actuators.
5. Remove the retaining screws and the distributor from the A/C distributor assembly (2).




6. Remove the air distribution duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the distributor assembly (2) to the vehicle.
2. Connect the vacuum lines to the distributor.
3. Connect the vacuum lines to the actuators.




4. Install the fasteners (1) into the defroster duct.
5. Install the IP carrier support.
