Top Speed Fuel Cut-Off

The IPC illuminates the TOP SPEED FUEL CUT-OFF - 111 indicator in the DIC when the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) enables the fuel-cut off function in order to restrict vehicle speed. The IPC receives a class 2 message from the PCM requesting illumination.
