Scan Tool Data Definitions

Module Information 1 - PROM: The scan tool displays the four digit number of the PROM incorporated into the Driver Door Module (DDM).

Module Information 1 - Calibration ID: The scan tool displays the calibration or program revision level used in the PROM.

Module Information 1 - Julian Date Of Build: The scan tool displays the day of the year the module was built

Module Information 1 - Year Module Built: The scan tool displays the four digit year of build.

Module Information 2 - 8 Digit GM Part Number: The scan tool displays the part number for the DDM.

Module Information 2 - Component Serial #: The scan tool displays the first partition of the serial number.

Module Information 2 - Component Serial #: The scan tool displays the second partition of the serial number.

Module Information 2 - Component Serial #: The scan tool displays the third partition of the serial number.

Module Information 2 - Component Serial #: The scan tool displays the last partition of the serial number.

Data Display - Data - Batt. Voltage: The scan tool displays 9.0-15.0 volts. The current battery voltage

Data Display - Inputs - Driver LF Window Sw.: The scan tool displays Idle/Up/Down/Express Down/Express Up. The state of the window switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Driver LR Window Sw.: The scan tool displays Idle/Up/Down/Express Down. The state of the window switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Driver RF Window Sw.: The scan tool displays Idle/Up/Down/Express Down/Express Up. The state of the window switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Driver RR Window Sw.: The scan tool displays Idle/Up/Down/Express Down. The state of the window switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Driver Door Ajar Sw.: The scan tool displays Off/On. The state of the ajar switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Driver Door Lockout Sw.: The scan tool displays Unlock/Lock. The state of the lockout switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Driver Mirror Switches: The scan tool displays Idle/Up/Down/ Right/Left/Left-Up/Left-Down/Right-Up/ Right-Down/Fold-(W/ Export vehicles).The state of the mirror position switch, as detected by the door module, and, except for Fold, the direction the operator has selected for the mirror to move in. The scan tool will display Fold when the fold switch has been activated, to either, retract the mirrors in, or, extend the mirrors out.

Data Display - Inputs - Driver Mirror Selectors: The scan tool displays Driver/off/ Passenger. The state of the mirror selector switch as detected by the door module. This indicates which mirror the operator has selected for adjustment.

Data Display - Inputs - Driver Door Cylinder Sw.: The scan tool displays Idle/Unlock. The state of the driver door lock key cylinder switch on the outside of the door as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Driver Dome/Buzzer Sw.: The scan tool displays Off/On. The state of the dome/buzzer switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Memory Recall Switches: The scan tool displays Idle/Memory 1/Memory 2/Exit. This is the memory function currently being recalled.

Data Display - Inputs - Pass. Door Lock Sw.: The scan tool displays Idle/Lock/Unlock. The state of the lock switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Pass. Door Window Sw.: The scan tool displays Idle/Up/Down/Express Down/Express Up. The state of the window switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Pass. Door Ajar Sw.: The scan tool displays Off/On. The state of the ajar switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Pass. Dome/Buzzer Sw.: The scan tool displays Off/On. The state of the ajar switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Lt. Rear Door Window Sw.: The scan tool displays Idle/Up/Down/Express Down. The state of the window switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Left Rear Door Ajar Sw.: The scan tool displays Off/On. The state of the ajar switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - LR Dome/Buzzer Switch: The scan tool displays Off/On. The state of the dome/buzzer switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - LR Door Lock Switch: The scan tool displays Idle/Lock. The state of the lock switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Rt. Rear Door Window Sw.: The scan tool displays Idle/Up/Down/Express Down. The state of the window switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - Right Rear Door Ajar Sw.: The scan tool displays Off/On. The state of the ajar switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - RR Dome/Buzzer Switch: The scan tool displays Off/On. The state of the dome/buzzer switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Inputs - RR Door Lock Switch: The scan tool displays Idle/Lock. The state of the lock switch as detected by the door module.

Data Display - Outputs, Key Off - Driver Door Lock Output: The scan tool displays Idle/Lock/Unlock. The door module output, and direction the lock is being commanded.
