Automatic Mirrors - Outside Automatic Day - Night Feature Inoperative

DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
The driver outside rearview mirror may be inoperative due to the signal circuit of the driver outside rearview mirror element being shorted to battery positive voltage. When this condition occurs, the driver outside rearview mirror will be in a darkened state. The mirror may be damaged and may need to be replaced.
