Window/Division Channel - Rear Door Stationary

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Move the window to the full down position.
2. Remove the door trim panel.
3. Remove the door module.
4. Remove the water deflector.
5. Remove the window inner belt molding.
6. Remove the window garnish molding.
7. Remove the window.
8. Pull the window run channel out of the retainer.
9. Remove the three stationary window fasteners.
10. Remove the rear door stationary window from the door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the rear door stationary window into the door.
2. Seat the stationary window against the door frame.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the three stationary window fasteners in sequence.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
^ Top fastener first.
^ Lower fastener second.
^ Middle fastener last.

4. Install the run channel into the retainer starting at the center-pillar and working across the header.
5. Working downward from the center-pillar install the rest of the run channel.
6. Install the window.
7. Install the window garnish molding.
8. Install the window inner belt molding.
9. Install the water deflector.
10. Install the door module.
11. Install the door trim panel.
