Turn Signal and Multifunction Switch Assembly - Assemble - Off Vehicle





1. Install the turn signal and multifunction switch assembly (3) onto the steering column.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the lower pan head tapping screw (2) first.
^ Tighten the lower screw to 2.5 Nm (22 inch lbs.).
3. Install the top pan head tapping screw (1) last.
^ Tighten the top screw to 2.5 Nm (22 inch lbs.).

Caution: Refer to SIR inflator module coil caution in Service Precautions.

4. Connect the 3 connectors to the turn signal and multifunction switch assembly (3).
5. Install the upper and lower trim cover.
6. Install the steering column into the vehicle.
7. Install the steering wheel onto the steering column.
8. Enable the inflatable restraint steering wheel module.
