License Plate Lamp: Service and Repair

LICENSE LAMP REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the rear compartment lid.
2. Push on the right side of the license lamp and release the locking tab.
3. Allow the lamp to drop down from the opening.




4. Disconnect the electrical connector.




5. Remove the bulb from the socket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the license lamp bulb into the socket.




2. Connect the electrical connector.




3. Install the license lamp by inserting the left side of the lamp, then the right side.
4. Press on the lamp until the tab locks.
5. Close the rear compartment.
