Condition
Some customers may comment on an inoperative horn or horns.
Cause
This condition may be caused by water intrusion into the horn.
Correction
If normal diagnostic procedures lead to a diagnosis of a horn failure, technicians are to replace the inoperative horn or horn, P/N 12368063 (A note) or P/N 12368064 (F note). Install the new horn with the opening of the horn facing towards the rear of the vehicle.
