VF Displays

When the ignition switch is in the RUN position, the instrument cluster activates its VF display. The Instrument Cluster (IPC) also coordinates the display illumination for the radio (IRC), the cellular telephone (PHN), and the HVAC control module anytime the ignition switch is in the RUN position.
