Hood Latch Striker Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the 2 bolts that retain the latch striker (6) to the hood.
2. Remove the latch striker (6).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the latch striker (6).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the 2 bolts that retain the latch striker to the hood.

Tighten the bolts to 28 N.m (21 lb ft).
