Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Lens Replacement

Removal Procedure

Notice: Whenever the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) is removed from the vehicle, DO NOT set the IPC on its face for more than 15 minutes or damage to the fluid filled air core gages may result.


1. Remove the instrument panel cluster. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Replacement (UY9) (Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Replacement) .




2. Remove the fasteners (1) retaining the instrument panel cluster lens to the instrument panel cluster.
3. Remove the instrument panel cluster lens.



Installation Procedure

Remove any fingerprints, dirt or contaminates on the instrument cluster lens surface before re-assembling.





1. Align the locator holes (2) in the instrument panel cluster lens to the instrument panel cluster locating pins.
2. Install the fasteners in order to retain the instrument panel cluster lens to the instrument panel cluster .
3. Install the instrument panel cluster to the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Replacement (UY9) (Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Replacement) .
