Rear Compartment Lamp

When the rear compartment lid is opened, the rear compartment lamp illuminates. The rear compartment lamp will remain on until the rear compartment lid is closed or until the battery rundown protection feature activates. The BCM energizes the Inadvertent Power relay which provides battery positive voltage to the rear compartment lamp through the INT LPS fuse. When the rear compartment lid release switch is in the UNLATCHED position ground is provided for the rear compartment lamp at G402.
