Surge Tank Hose/Pipe Replacement -Outlet

Removal Procedure





1. Partially drain the engine coolant.
2. Disconnect the surge tank outlet hose from the surge tank.
3. Disconnect the surge tank outlet hose from the heater outlet pipe.
4. Remove the surge tank outlet hose from vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Position the surge tank outlet hose to the vehicle.
2. Connect the surge tank outlet hose to the heater outlet pipe.
3. Connect the surge tank outlet hose to the surge tank.
4. Fill the cooling system.
