A Symptoms - Wiper/Washer Systems
IMPORTANT: Review the system operation in order to familiarize yourself with the system functions. Refer to Wiper/Washer System Description and Operation (With Moisture Sensitive Feature CE1) or Wiper/Washer System Description and Operation (W/O CE1).Visual/physical Inspection
^ Inspect for aftermarket devices which could affect the operation of the Windshield Wiper/Washer System. Refer to Checking Aftermarket Accessories in Diagrams.
^ Inspect the easily accessible or visible system components for obvious damage or conditions which could cause the symptom.
^ Inspect the washer fluid reservoir for the proper fluid level.
Intermittent
Faulty electrical connections or wiring may be the cause of intermittent conditions. Refer to Testing for Intermittent and Poor Connections in Diagrams.

^ Low Washer Fluid Indicator Malfunction.
^ Washers Always On (With Moisture Sensitive Feature CE1) or Washers Always On (W/O CE1)
^ Washers Inoperative (With Moisture Sensitive Feature CE1) or Washers Inoperative (W/O CE1)
^ Wipers Always On (With Moisture Sensitive Feature CE1) or Wipers Always On (W/O CE1).
^ Wipers Inoperative - All Modes
^ Wipers Inoperative - One or More Modes (With Moisture Sensitive Feature CE1) or Wipers Inoperative - One or More Modes (W/O CE1)
^ Moisture Sensing Feature Inoperative
