Wiper Motor Cover Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the wiper motor and the cover.
2. Remove 3 screws.
3. Remove the wiper motor cover from the wiper motor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the wiper motor is in the park position and the drive pin in the open area of the cam.




1. Install the wiper motor cover.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install 3 screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connectors to the wiper motor and cover.
4. Verify the wiper washer system operation.
