Windshield Wiper and Washer Switch Assembly - Disassemble - Off Vehicle
1. Remove the lock housing assembly.





2. Remove the switch actuator pivot pin (2) from the windshield wiper and washer switch assembly (1).
3. If removal of the windshield wiper and washer switch assembly (1) is not needed let the windshield wiper and washer switch assembly (1) hang freely.
4. Remove the windshield wiper and washer switch assembly (1) from the lock housing cover and sleeve assembly following these steps:
4.1. Remove the wire protector shield.
4.1. Remove the windshield wiper and washer switch assembly connector from the bulk head connector.

Important: Use care not to damage the wires when pulling the windshield wiper and washer switch assembly wire harness through the steering column.

4.3. Pull the wire harness through the steering column.
