7. The HVAC control module (IPM) sends a voltage signal to the recirculation actuator in order to control recirculation door movement. This signal should be low (near 0 V) when the recirculation actuator is commanded towards the ambient air position and high (near 5 V) when the recirculation actuator is commanded towards the recirculation position.
