Coolant Bypass Solenoid Replacement

Removal Procedure







1. Disconnect the coolant bypass solenoid electrical connector (1).
2. Disconnect the vacuum hoses (2) from the coolant bypass solenoid.
3. Release the tab and remove the coolant bypass solenoid.



Installation Procedure
1. Install the coolant bypass solenoid into slot and engage.







2. Connect the vacuum hose (2) to the valve coolant bypass solenoid.
3. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the coolant bypass solenoid.
